This legal contract allows you the benefit of taking a ‘behind-the-scenes’ look so you can assess fit while providing assurance to the seller that their business’s confidential information is safeguarded.

The M&A Advisor provides the expertise and support required to successfully navigate an acquisition or divestiture. Given the various complexities and numerous steps involved throughout the process, the M&A Advisor is here to ensure both parties have the support and guidance they need in order to reach the finish line. This may include ensuring the right parties are at the table (ie. Lawyers, Accountants), providing access to the data room during due diligence, or keeping the lines of communication open during negotiations. Ultimately, you can expect the M&A Advisor to project manage the engagement from start to finish and ensure both parties get to closing in a timely fashion without missing any of the critical steps.
